Contact Ty via Phone, Email, Facebook or our website
We will send you an email / contact you within 1 business day to confirm receipt of your initial communication
Ty will call to chat or give advice and / or make an appointment to come and see you
Ty will pop around and look at the job and be able to provide a preliminary quote / advise.
We will send you a written quotation and leave you to decide what work you would like done and look around at other companies to gather your research.
(At Ty Windows we understand that having windows and doors replaced is a big job and commitment and you need time to look at the market and options available to you)
Give us a call back to discuss the quote with Ty and finalise and book a date for full survey
Ty will come and survey / measure the job properly and book a date for the work to be done and give you an idea of timescale
If any of the job aspects have changed we will update the quote for you and document the change
We will then send you a contract with your survey and cancellation details
A week before the job, we will contact you to double check any details before ordering the stock
Ty will see you on the day! If it is a big job then he may bring along Dewi or Dave to help him
We will invoice you by email (or paper copy) on completion of the work, we ask that this is paid as soon as possible – we are a young company so our cash flow is in development and with goods being paid for before the work is done, it’s great if we can be paid on the day of completion.
Guarantees are issued and FENSA / IBG’s applied for with the relevant bodies. These will be sent directly to you
